I ordered two signature samples in two different orders. After placing my order, I received an email informing me that my order would take from 1 to 6 weeks to complete. But I don't have the patience to wait anymore. I sent an email to the signature design unit while I waited for nearly 3 weeks. I didn't receive a response email, which made me very upset, I thought I was being scammed. I then privately messaged the designer via Instagram, and I received a response. I feel very happy because it proves that I was not deceived. I have asked to edit the designs many times through Insta and of course they are very enthusiastic to edit the designs if I am not satisfied with their designs. They respond to messages very quickly. Their customer service is very good. Every design I received was perfect and to my liking, they were beautiful. However, there are also a few designs that have spelling errors, but it's okay that I can edit them myself without needing to ask the design unit. If you don't receive a response via email, then message them directly through Instagram, you should receive a response soon. I am very grateful to the design unit who designed the signature samples for me. I love you kkkk
